01 独立口语

答法一：Agree

理由①：节约学校投资成本，举例自己的高中/大学为了修建机房，投入了很多金钱: 设备，网络，维修，这样做可以节约开支用于更多的其他建设，如：图书馆，食堂，教学楼。

理由②：更加方便，解释因为学生可以在宿舍查询资料，不用再往返学校和宿舍之间通勤，有利于时间管理和节约精力，减少麻烦, 同时机房的网络可能因多人使用而比较慢。

02 学术讨论写作

Professor: This week we talked about how important taking time off from work or school is for people’s well-being. Some people believe they get the most benefit when that time off is structured; that is it involves planning in advance about what will be accomplished on that day. Others believe it is better to enjoy the day with no plan for how to spend it. In this discussion post, please indicate which of those approaches to spending time off from work or school you prefer and why?

Claire: I find it beneficial to do some advance planning for my free time. I live far away from my family so when I am getting ready to visit them during a school holiday, I always plan my time off from school very carefully. That way I have enough time to visit with each family member.

Paul: Personally, I prefer not to make any plans for my free time. I go to school, and I have a part-time job each week. I make a schedule to be sure I can complete both my work and my studies. So when I have time off from work and school, I just want to relax with no plan.
