1. Some people think that only those who have attended secondary school should be allowed to go to college. Others believe that all people should be allowed to go to college. Which one do you agree with? Please explain why and use details and examples to support your answer.

思路1:

R1:Student body diversity学员组成多样性

不光是secondary school students可以参加学习，有工作的人work force，老年人old people也可以入学，同学的来源可以更加丰富，class discussion可以更加有效effective

R2:给部分人第二个机会上学second chance to get education

有些人(poor people, underprivileged people)年轻时因为种种原因没有参加secondary school（financial factor等），现在可以继续完成自己的梦想realizing their dreams.
