#01 学术写作思路解析

This week, we’ll be discussing the composition of a work team within a company. A diverse workforce refers to a group of employees of different types. There employees may have different cultures, backgrounds, and even genders. Consider the following question: If a company hires a diverse workforce and allows them to work together in the same workplace, what kind of impact will this have on the company’s productivity? A positive or negative impact? Why?

Kelly

I think having a diverse workforce work together in the same workplace can have a positive impact on the company’s productivity. By working together, employees can interact with different individuals and have more fun and joyful work experience.

Paul

I believe that having different employees working together will have a negative impact on the company’s productivity. Employees with different cultural backgrounds may misinterpret each other, causing disagreements in viewpoints and approaches. This could lead to a decrease in the company’s efficiency.

观点：A：来自不同背景的人一起合作 - D：产生更多creative and innovated ideas

逻辑链：

A：一个团队中的人拥有不同的backgrounds；

#03 托福写作备考3步走

写作作为托福里“又要逻辑又要语言能力”的一部分，一直是很多托福考生难以突破的一科，今天我们为大家分享托福写作备考的3个步骤，看看写作备考怎么备考、每个阶段应该备考到什么程度。

👉 STEP 1：先写对句子

首先要能写出正确的句子，然后需要明白考官眼中的加分句子和词汇是什么，这样才能知彼知己、百战不殆；

如果有的学生写句子的问题都比较大的话，我们在课程中也有对应的带练，至少让同学们在写作初期先“走起来”。

👉STEP 2：理清逻辑充实内容

基础打扎实之后，接下来就可以结构化写作练习了，先打好框架，再梳理清楚逻辑关系，zui后是充实优化内容；

对于综合写作的部分，前期听力的准备也是很有必要的，需要精听练习起来，多记录有效的信息。

👉STEP3：考前强化

范文考前强化，模考练习，知道弱点在哪里，查漏补缺。
